Suicidal Ideation
- Anne has had some thoughts of suicide in the past. The last time was about two months ago, but she currently has no suicidal ideation.
- She considered suicide in the past as an option to keep her daughter safe: “If I am not alive, then I can’t harm her.” But she feels she’s the only one truly able to protect her daughter from other forms of harm. This is one of the reasons that she has chosen to stay alive and not attempt suicide.
- She doesn’t have any intent, denies planning to follow through with those thoughts, and has no history of suicide attempts.
